Using PairFit

PairFit provides Fit Battle, style capsules, outfit recommendations, budget comparisons, Saved Fits, sharing tools, and shopping links. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

PairFit is operated by Haus Ivy LLC, d/b/a PairFit.

Style Suggestions

PairFit recommendations are editorial style suggestions, not professional advice or guarantees. They are based on visual preference, outfit logic, and available product information.

Fit, comfort, sizing, materials, colors, prices, and product availability can differ from what appears on PairFit or change without notice. Check the retailer's current information before buying.

Saved Fits

Saved Fits are stored locally in your browser. No account is required, and PairFit does not promise cloud backup, cross-device sync, or permanent availability.

Saved Fits may be lost if you remove them, clear browser data, use a different browser or device, or if browser storage is unavailable. You are responsible for keeping any separate record you need.

Shopping Links and Third Parties

Brand, product, retailer, and price references are provided for styling context and convenience. PairFit is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or responsible for a brand or retailer unless we expressly say otherwise.

Retailers control their products, prices, inventory, fulfillment, returns, warranties, accessibility, privacy practices, and terms. Any purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer.

Shopping links may pass through a PairFit redirect so we can measure clicks before sending you to the retailer. See our Shopping Links page for more information.

Intellectual Property

The PairFit name, site design, copy, recommendation experience, outfit curation, share cards, and other materials are owned by PairFit or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party brand names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, scrape it at scale, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate others, or use PairFit in a way that violates law or someone else's rights.

Availability and Disclaimer

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue any part of PairFit at any time.

PairFit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PairFit and Haus Ivy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on style suggestions, unavailable Saved Fits, third-party retailers, or use of or inability to use the site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms as PairFit changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
