Overview

PairFit is operated by Haus Ivy LLC, d/b/a PairFit. PairFit does not currently require an account, offer a public email signup, or accept photo uploads.

Information we collect

We receive information you send us, such as your email address and message. We and our service providers may also collect pages viewed, outfit choices, budget tiers and spending limits, feature interactions, shopping-link clicks, referring pages, approximate location, and browser or device details.

Our hosting provider processes request and security data needed to deliver and protect the site.

Saved Fits, preferences, and browser storage

Saved Fits, your style preference profile, budget choices, maximum outfit price, and your last viewed outfit are stored in your browser. They do not sync across devices. Some recent browsing choices last only for the session; other preferences remain until replaced, removed, or cleared through your browser settings.

We may record an analytics event when a fit is saved, opened, or removed, but we do not copy your Saved Fits list into a PairFit account or database.

Analytics and service providers

PairFit uses Google Analytics and PostHog to understand site usage and product performance. These services may use cookies or browser storage and process data under their own privacy terms.

PairFit uses Netlify for hosting and site delivery, and an email provider to receive messages.

Analytics preferences

You can turn off optional analytics for future page loads in this browser. Your saved outfits, style preferences, and budget settings will still work.

Reload other open PairFit tabs after changing this setting. Your preference stays in this browser until you clear site storage. It applies to PairFit analytics; retailer sites, essential hosting logs, and previously collected data are unaffected.

How we use information

• Operate, improve, and protect PairFit.
• Understand which outfits and features are useful.
• Measure shopping-link activity.
• Respond to messages and privacy requests.

Sharing and shopping links

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run and understand the site, when required by law, in connection with a business transaction, or when necessary to protect PairFit, our visitors, or others.

When you follow a shopping link, PairFit may record the click and redirect you to a retailer. The retailer may receive standard request information, and its privacy policy applies after you leave PairFit.

Retention and your choices

Analytics and hosting data follow our providers' retention settings. Messages may be kept as needed to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.

You can turn off analytics above, remove Saved Fits, clear browser storage, restrict cookies using browser controls, or ask us to delete information you sent directly, subject to legal exceptions.

Children and security

PairFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service or transmission method is perfectly secure.
