Overview

PairFit.AI helps visitors discover outfit recommendations, Fit Tips, and Fit Check feedback. This policy explains what we collect and why.

PairFit is operated by Haus Ivy LLC, d/b/a PairFit.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, such as your email address when you join the list or contact us.

If you use Fit Check, you choose whether to upload an outfit photo. We use it to generate that check's diagnosis and recommendation.

We may collect basic usage and technical data, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device/browser details, analytics events, and limited request data for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Some preference choices may be stored locally in your browser so the recommendation flow works during your session.

Fit Check Photos

Fit Check previews your photo in the browser and sends it to our serverless function and AI service provider to return a result.

PairFit.AI does not intentionally save uploaded Fit Check photos to a PairFit.AI database, public gallery, or storage bucket. We do not use uploaded photos to train a PairFit.AI model.

Fit Check reads clothing, proportion, color, silhouette, and styling details, not identity. Your face does not need to be included.

Email, Analytics, and Providers

If you join the list, we may send PairFit.AI updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, Fit Check analysis, and site operations. Current providers include Google Analytics, PostHog, Netlify, Beehiiv, and OpenAI.

How We Use Information

To operate PairFit.AI and provide recommendations.
To analyze Fit Check photos and return outfit feedback.
To send app list updates if you join the list.
To understand which flows and recommendations are working.
To respond to messages and privacy requests.
To protect the site from abuse and technical issues.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share uploaded Fit Check photos with advertisers. We may share limited information with service providers, when required by law, or to protect the site.

When you click a shopping link, the retailer may receive information such as the page or link clicked and browser/device details. The retailer's own privacy policy applies after you leave PairFit.AI.

Retention

Email list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data follows our providers' retention settings.

Uploaded Fit Check photos are processed for the check and are not intentionally retained by PairFit.AI after the result is returned. Service providers may temporarily retain data to provide and secure their services.

Your Choices

You do not have to upload a photo to use the rest of the site. You can unsubscribe from emails or contact us to request deletion of information you provided directly.

You can adjust browser privacy settings or use provider-level opt-outs where available.

PairFit.AI is not intended for children under 13. We use reasonable security measures, but no online service is perfectly secure.
